Sociocratic collaborative decision-making is about inclusion and making richer and wiser decisions together by giving everyone a voice and by taking all perspectives into account in a both/and fashion.
But rather than talk about it, let’s actually do it! This is a simulation so that you can actually experience how it works,. Come and see, feel and touch sociocracy in action.
